Cashback Terms & Conditions Updated 13/09/2021

One of our team must provide a valuation on your property before Agency Terms if Business are agreed.

Terms may be modified at any time therefore we recommend you review these terms periodically. Any amendments to these terms will be binding at the point of access. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you may not use our site.

We, Walker & Wilson Estate Agents Limited, reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Conditions

Cashback is for the seller(s) of the property.

Agency Terms of Business must be signed by the seller(s) prior to agreeing the qualification for cashback.

Cashback will only be paid once all matters of the Agency Terms of Business are complete including, but not limited to, the payment of fees owed by the seller(s) to Walker & Wilson Estate Agents Limited.

To qualify and be in receipt of the cashback, you must be the legal owner of the property documented in the Agency Terms of Business.

Cashback will be paid back into the account that the fee of sale is paid from where the account holder is confirmed to be the legal owner of the property as per the condition above.

Cashback will be credited within 15 working days of Walker & Wilson Estate Agents Limited receiving the fee of sale in full.
